Neil joined Vela Wealth in 2014 following a successful career in retail banking with Lloyds Banking Group.

After gaining a Diploma in Governance, Risk and Compliance from the International Compliance Association in 2016, Neil became the company’s Chief Compliance Officer, helping to develop policies and procedures.

In 2023, Neil achieved the CII Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning and moved into the role of Wealth Manager and works closely with personal and professional clients, helping them work towards their financial goals.

Outside of work, Neil is married with two daughters and is a keen runner, taking on everything from park runs to ultra-marathons.
